The purpose of the Special Nutrition Program Operations Study (SNPOS) is to collect timely data on policies, administrative, and operational issues of the Child Nutrition Programs. The data will be used for program budget preparation, development and implementation of program policies and regulations, and identification of areas for technical assistance and training.
