The Agency is requesting an adjustment increase due to an increase in the number of grant applications received during the last three fiscal years (FY 07-FY 09) from 184 per year to an average of 205 per year. The Agency also is requesting a program change increase for each organization to obtain resumes of key personnel or position descriptions, exhibits, information on prior government grants, etc., in order to complete a Training Grant Application.
