There has been a decrease in the number of Respondents (612 to 457). This is due to a decrease in the number of underground coal mines. There was a decrease of 435,735 hours (1,824,456 to 1,388,721). The decrease in the number of mines has a direct reflection on the number of hours. Cost: Although the number of mines has decrease there has been an increase. This is due to an increase in employee wages. Responses: The large number of responses contained in the last report was a mistake.
