In accordance
with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for 3
years. Upon resubmission, if the collection retains its current
form, by which a designated group of respondents engage in
regulatory reporting rather fall subject to statistical study and
methods, the agency has agreed to move the explanations in Part B
of the supporting statement to part A. In addition, the agency will
not indicate the collection employs statistical methods. Finally,
it is suggested that upon resubmission, the agency revisit concerns
raised about duplication of efforts and clarification of
instructions and make additional efforts to address these
concerns.
