In accordance
with 5 CFR 1320, this collection is approved with the following
terms of clearance: per VA's supporting statement, the Department
will interview a convenience sample of Veterans with severe
injuries and a convenience sample of state and private sector
employees of vocational rehabilitation programs at the state and
local levels. These convenience samples are not intended to be
statistically representative of program participants or program
employees, and no meaningful statistical conclusions or
generalizations about the program will be made from this
information. VA will use the information for planning and program
improvement.
