We are making several minor changes to
screens from the Internet Social Security Benefits Application,
also known as iClaims. These changes are designed to 1) simplify
some questions and 2) ensure that applicants fully understand the
implications of their selections. Please see attached explanation
of non-substantive changes ("Supporting Statement/Other" page) and

Burden Increases are due to 1)
increased use (adjustments) and 2) re-adjustment of the number of
respondents, which was accidentally under-estimated in the last
ICR. Burden Decreases are due to 1) decreased use of certain
collections in the ICR and 2) reduced burden time for the ISBA
collection.
