This ICR will be used to quantify and
assess consumer awareness of the Household Goods (HHGs)Consumer
Information Program. It will survey the interstate moving public on
their recognition of the Program's activities or messages, such as
the "Protect Your Move" campaign. Results from the study will help
FMCSA in developing future HHGs campaign materials.
This program change increase of
250 annual burden hours is due to a new ICR entitled Household
Goods Consumer Information Program Assessment Study. The results of
the ICR will be used to quantify and assess consumer awareness of
the Household Goods Consumer Information Program.
