FCC Form 603 is used to identify the
parties to propose assignment or transfers, establish the parties'
eligibility and qualification, classify the filing and determine
the nature of proposed service. Various schedules are required with
the main form applicable to Auctioned Services, Partitioning and
Disaggregation, Undefined Geographic Area Partitioning,
Notification of Consummation or Request for Extension of Time for
Consummation. This will also be used to notify the FCC of
consummated assignments and transfers previously approved by the
Commission or which did not require prior notification.

and annual cost burden; add an additional option for coverage for
requirements on Schedule B of the FCC Form 603 due to Auction 73 of
the 700 MHz band licenses (Second Report and Order, FCC 07-132, WT
06-150) wich is scheduled for January 16, 2008.
