FCC Form 603 is used to identify the
parties to propose assignment or transfers, establish the parties'
eligibility and qualification, classify the filing and determine
the nature of proposed service. Various schedules are required with
the main form applicable to Auctioned Services, Partitioning and
Disaggregation, Undefined Geographic Area Partitioning,
Notification of Consummation or Request for Extension of Time for
Consummation. This will also be used to notify the FCC of
consummated assignments and transfers previously approved by the
Commission or which did not require prior notification.
The Commission has revised the
FCC Form 603 to include a new page 5 in the Schedule A. This
resulted in an increased number of respondents subject to Gross
Revenue Attributable Material Relationship (AMR Entity). The
increase in the new respondents resulted in an increase in burden
hours and annual costs.
