This information collection is
necessary for the Attorney General and grantees from th Training
Grants to Stop Abuse and Sexual Assault Against Older Individuals
or Individuals with Disabilitie Program to comply with federal
statutory and regulatory reporting requirements. The information
will be used for a report to Congress on the use of appropriated
funds in support of the grant program and to report pursuant to the
Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA). The respondents are
states, tribes, units of local government, public agencies and
nonprofit organizations.
