This information collection is
necessary for the Attorney General and grantees from the Enhanced
Training and Services to End Violence Against Women Later in Life
Program to comply with federal statutory and regulatory reporting
requirements. The information will be used for a report to Congress
on the use of appropriated funds in support of the grant program
and to report pursuant to the Government Performance and Results
Act (GPRA). The respondents are states, units of local government,
Indian tribal government or tribal organization, nonprofit and
nongovernmental victim services organizations.
