The U.S. Department of Labor is interested in information about the grants/contracts/cooperative agreements that state and local Workforce Investment Boards award using Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Youth funds. This information is important because it will help us understand how individual grants/contracts/cooperative agreements are being awarded, the amount of those awards, and what types of organizations are receiving awards. This survey has been designed to provide the Department with this information.
The survey is voluntary and will not be used for compliance purposes. Responses will only be used for statistical purposes. The reports will summarize findings across the sample and will not associate responses with a specific district or individual; nor will we provide information that identifies you or your district to anyone outside the study team, except as required by law.
If you have any difficulties completing this survey, please contact Stewart Lawrence at the Exceed Corporation by phone at 301-731-3790 extension 243 or by e-mail at wiasurvey@exceedcorporation.com.
If you are not able to complete the entire survey at one time, you may exit and return to the survey later. Press [ctrl+n] to save your responses. You will need your login name and password to re-access the survey.
Although voluntary, your responses are very important to the Department of Labor and will help us meet our goals of providing support to organizations across the nation.
