The Agency has determined that select
contracts involved with Emergency Response (ER), Superfund (SF),
Information System (IS), Facility Services (FS), and Research
Support (RS) have significant security concerns and must be tested
by the contrac tor for the presence of marijuana, cocaine, opiates,
ampheta- mines, phencyclidene (PCP), but only for sites designated
as sensitive by the Contracting Officer or On-Screen
Coordinator.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
