Abstract: The Agency has determined that select contracts involved with Emergency Response (ER), Superfund (SF), Information Systems (IS), Facility Services (FS), and Research Support (RS) have significant security concerns and must be tested by the contract- or for the presence of marijuana, cocaine, opiates, amphetamines, phencyclidene (PCP), but only for sites designed as sensitive by the Contracting Officer or On-Scene Coordinator.
