This data collecton program is
designed to provide the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) with
necessary test data to predict the probable impacts on human health
or the environment of chemicals which may present an unreasonable
risk to which there is substantial and/or significant exposure or
release. This ICR cover one final section 4 Test Rule (the "OSHA
Dermal Absorption" Test Rule), the issuance of three consent
orders/agreement, and the burdens and costs associated with the
voluntary component of the high production volume (HPV) chemical
testing program, launched in 1998.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
