Owners or operators of affected
facilities must 1) make one time notification of
construction/reconstruction, modification, and start up; 2) submit
reports containing information such as moni- toring results and
excess emission; and 3) maintain records of occurrences such as
startups and shutdowns. Recordkeeping is also required to document
process information regarding the sulfur and nitrogen content of
the fuel; fuel to water ratio; rate of fuel consumption; and
ambient conditions.
