Terms of Clearance: This collection is approved for 18 months. Abstract: Consular Officers use Form DS-3052 to determine the eligibility of the alien spouse or minor child of a U.S. lawful permanent resident applying for a nonimmigrant visa to live in the United States until such an alien is able to adjust status to lawful permanent resident. These nonimmigrant visas are known as V visas This collection is used in conjunction with the OF-156 (Non- immigrant Visa Application).
