Abstract: Consular officers use the form to determine the eligibility of the alien spouse or minor children of a U.S. lawful permanent resident applying for a nonimmigrant visa to come to the United States until their immigrant visa category is current. These nonimmigrant visas are known as V visa. This collection is a supplement to the OF-156 (Nonimmigrant Visa Application).
