1. The post-project survey of ATP-funded organziation is withdrawn
from the package to be revised and resubmitted at a later date. 2.
NIST added an ethnic/race question to the Baseline Report, the
first report sent after the grants have been awarded. A gender q
uestion has also been added to this report. Comment: ATP will
continue their efforts to meet the requireme nts of the Government
Paperwork and Elimination Act and offer as an option, electronic
submission of applications and follow-on su rveys by January
2002.
