Abstract: The Beginning Postsecondary Students Longitudinal Study Second Follow-Up will continue the series of longitudinal data collection efforts started in 1996 with the National Postsecondary Student Aid Study to enhance knowledge concerning progress and persistence in postsecondary education for new entrants.
