Abstract: The IAP-37 is used by organizations wishing to sponsor exchange visitors from abroad and must apply to USIA for a designation that will permit them to function as sponsors. The IAP-87 is used to request materials and to indicate, as needed, changes of address, personnel, telephone numbers, and any other data that should be registered in Agency records.
