The Fur Act Regulations (16 CFR 301)
require accurate disclosure of material information about fur
products. The regulations also require manufacturers and dealers in
fur products to maintain records to show compliance with the
regulations, to support claims made on labels, and to support
representations made in advertisements. This submission covers only
the paperwork burden associated with entities over which the FTC
had jurisdiction.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
