Abstract: The Fur Act Regulations (16 C.F.R. 301) requires accurate disclosure of material information about fur products. The Regulations also require manufacturers and dealers in fur products to maintain records to show compliance with the regulations, to support claims made on labels, and to support representatives made in advertisements. This submission covers only the paperwork burden associated with entities over which the FTC has jurisdiction.
