Abstract: Regulation M (Consumer Leasing Act, 12 C.F.R. 213) requires accurate disclosure of the costs and terms of leases to consumers. It also requires lessors to keep records sufficient to show compliance with the Rule. This submission includes only the paperwork burden associated with lessors over whom the FTC has jurisdiction.
