This ICR
regarding the NSPS for Municipal Waste Combusters is approved under
the Paperwork Reduction Act, 5 CFR 1320. When EPA resubmits this
ICR it shall provide a listing in the supporting statement of all
affected waste combusters and their capacities (MG/yr) and an
estimate of the number of new combusters expected to become
respondents under the ICR.

AIR POLLUTION CONTROL, MUNICIPAL WASTE
COMBUSTORS, EMISSION STANDARDS INFORMATION REQUIRED BY THE NSPS IS
NECESSARY TO ENSURE THAT MUNICIPAL WASTE COMBUSTOR (MWC) EMISSION
STANDARDS ARE ATTAINED AND THAT MWCS LARGER THEN 250 TONS PER DAY
(TPD) CAPACITY IN THE MWC INDUSTRY, WHICH MAY BE OWNED BY LOCAL
GOVERNMENTS OR PRIVATE COMPANIES.
