Pursuant to the
Paperwork Reduction Act and OMB regulations at 5 CFR 1320, this
collection of information is approved for two years. The burden
approved is less than the requested amount to account for two
changes to the rule that were not reflected in the information
collection request. First, the control requirements were limited to
combustors with capacities greater than 225 Mg/day. Second, the
proposed source separation requirement was deleted in the final
rule. OIRA estamates that the revised burden should be 63,081
hours. If EPA finds that a different burden estimate is in order,
the agency should submit an ICW to correct the burden
estimate.
