Abstract: THE DUF PROGRAM MONITORS THE EXTENT AND TYPES OF DRUG USE BY ARRESTEES IN 25 CITIES. DATA IS COLLECTED EVERY 3 MONTHS IN EACH CITY FROM NEW SAMPLES OF ARRESTEES. PARTICIPATION IS VOLUNTARY AND ANONYMOUS, DATA COLLECTION INCLUDES INTERVIEWS AND COLLECTION OF URINE SPECIMENS.
