Abstract: THE DUF PROGRAM MONITORS THE EXTENT AND TYPES OF DRUG USE BY ARRESTEES IN 25 CITIES. DATA IS COLLECTED EVERY THREE MONTHS IN EACH CITY FROM NEW SAMPLES OF ARRESTEES. PARTICIPATIO IS VOLUNTARY AND ANONYMOUS, DATA COLLECTION INCLUDES INTERVIEWS AND COLLECTION OF URINE SPECIMENS.
