Terms of Clearance: Approved as amended by ED's memoranda to OMB of 8/1/91. ED's addition of two new data questions will increase the burden for this form by roughly 1 hour; this increase is shown above under the new figure for total burden hours. The burden estimate on ED's application package shall be adjusted accordingly. In addition, ED and OMB agreed that: -- ED shall examine enrollment data over time for applicants and grantees in this program, to determine if adjusting endowment size for changes in FTE enrollment over time would result in substantive change in these data. -- ED shall prepare a proposal to evaluate the Endowment Challenge Gra program. OMB will work with appropriate offices in ED, as appropriate in developing this proposal.
