FORM 10-C ADOPTED AUGUST 2, 1971, IS
USED BY NASDAQ ISSUERS TO REPORT CHANGES IN THE AMOUNT OF THEIR
SECURITIES OUTSTANDING AND CHANGES IN THE CORPORATE NAME AS
REQUIRED BY RULE 13A-17 OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934.
THIS REPORT IS HELPFUL FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE NASDAQ SYSTEM
AND PUBLICATION OF DAILY INDEXES USED TO BETTER INFORM INVESTORS IN
THE OVER-THE-COUNTER MARKETS.
