In accordance
with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) and 5 CFR 1320, this
collection of information is approved through May 31, 1991. AID's
request for OMB review has not fully met the prior terms of
clearance, which required: (1) results of direct consultations with
Private and Voluntary Organizations (PVOs) on the burdens of
reporting the required level of detail of finances, (2) results of
investigations of the possible difficulties of "small entities" in
meeting this and other requirements for registration, as well as
possible ways to minimize those difficulties, (3) and a general
explanation of the Agency's and the program's efforts to meet the
principles of the PRA, in particular efforts to ensure the
practical utility of information collected and the minimization of
burden. The next request for review must include these items.
