with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) and 5 CFR 1320, this
collection of information is approved through December 31, 1990.
AID's next request for OMB review should include: (1) results of
direct consultations with Private and Voluntary Organizations (PVOs
on the burdens of reporting the required level of detail of
finances, (2) results of investigations of the possible
difficulties of "small entities" in meeting this and other
requirements for registration, as well as possible ways to minimize
those difficulties, (3) and a genera explanation of the Agency's
and the program's efforts to meet the principles of the PRA, in
particular efforts to ensure the practical utility of information
collected and the minimization of burden.

INFORMATION ON PRIVATE VOLUNTARY ORGANIZATIONS (PVO'S) TO COMPUTE
THE PERCENTAGE OF PRIVATE FUNDING FOR THEIR INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS.
IN ORDER TO COLLECT THE INFORMATION AS DETAILED BY LAW, A.I.D. MUST
UTILIZE THIS FORM TO GET THE INFORMATION FROM THE PVO'S.
