A SURVEY WILL BE CONDUCTED ANNUALLY
AMONG SCHOOL STUDENTS TO DETERMINE PRIORITY HEALTH RISK BEHAVIORS
RELATED TO THE MAJOR PREVENTABLE CAUSES OF MORTALITY, MORBIDITY AND
SOCIAL PROBLEMS DURING ADOLESCENCE AND ADULTHOOD.
