Abstract: NIST IS ESTABLISHING THE ADVANCED "TECHNOLOGY" PROGRAM TO ACCELERATE THE COMMERCIALIZATION OF GENERIC TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATIONS AND TO ACCELERATE THE REFINEMENT OF GENERIC MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGIES BY U.S. BUSINESSES. THE INFORMATION SOUGHT IS UNIQUE TECHNOLOGY PROPOSALS IN SUFFICIENT DETAIL TO ASSURE AN EQUITABLE PROCESS OF EVALUATING AND FUNDING THE PROPOSALS SUBMITTED.
