Abstract: OWNERS/OPERATORS MUST NOTIFY EPA OF CONSTRUCTION, MODIFICATIONS, STARTUPS, SHUTDOWNS, DATE AND RESULTS OF INITIAL PERFORMANCE TEST. OWNERS/OPERATORS WITH FACILITIES USING ANY WET SCRUBBING DEVICE SHALL INSTALL, CALIBRATE, AND MAINTAIN CONTINUOUS MONITORING DEVICES TO MEASURE PRESSURE DROP AND FLOW RATE.
