this collection of information for three years, with the condition
tht the agency, when reviewing the regulations in which these
requirements are contained, re-examine these requirements in order
to ensure that they have practical utility and are the least
burdensome necessary for the program objective. The approval
package and the "additional justification" submitted on 5/19/89
shall prove the basis for examination, unless further justification
is submitted.
