ALL PLANTS WOULD KEEP RECORDS
DEMONSTRATING THAT EMISSION LIMITS ARE MET. ONE-TIME REPORTS WOULD
BE REQUIRED TO IDENTIFY AFFECTED FACILITIE AND THE COMPLIANCE
METHOD TO BE USED. SEMIANNUAL REPORTS (SUBMITTED WHEN MONITORED
OPERATING PARAMETERS OR EMISSION RATES ARE NOT WITHIN O EXCEED
SPECIFIED LIMITS) WOULD BE REQUIRED. ANNUAL REPORTS TO VERIFY VOC
CONTENT OF WATER-BASED SPRAYS WOULD BE REQUIRED. THESE THESE
REQUIREMENTS ENABLE ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE
WITH THE STANDARDS.
