Approved for 90
days with the following conditions. HUD has failed to meet the
existing terms of clearance for this information collection. HUD
has not provided OMB with information in sufficient detail
regarding the findings of its demonstration project to allow OMB to
approve imposing these requirements on more PHAs. We note that
detailed information on field experience has been available to HUD
since early December, but was not made available to OMB. In the
absence of this information, which will allow OMB to determine the
practical utility of expanding this information collection's
requirements to other PHAs, HUD may impose these paperwork
requirements only on the 9 PHAs participating in the demonstration
project, and shall not expand this information collection's
scope.
