OMB by June 15, 1988 a copy of the revised RHPS form indicating
that "recognized cash management performers" need only complete
Part II of the form. 2) By no later than October 10, 1988, HUD must
brief OMB on the initial findings of its demonstration project to
decontrol cash management. This briefing should provide detailed
information on the following aspects of the demonstration project:
a) the PHAs participating in the demonstratio project, b) the
criteria used to evaluate cash management practices, c) initial
findings of the demonstration, and d) proposed next steps and
timetable for the full implementation of the "recognized cash
management performers" system.

AMENDED, AUTHORIZED HUD TO ASSIST PHA'S/IHA'S IN THE DEVELOPMENT
AND REHABILITATION OF LOWER-INCOME HOUSING. THE FINANCIAL
ASSISTANCE IS OBTAINED BY THE PHA/IHA SUBMITTING TO HUD AN APPROVED
FORM HUD-5402A, REQUISITION FOR DEVELOPMENT AND MODERNIZATION
