Abstract: THE FOREIGN IMPORTER MAY SUBMIT FORM ITA-686P FOR APPROVAL OPERATE UNDER THE AIRCRAFT AND VESSEL REPAIR STATION PROCEDURE. IF APPROVED, THE FOREIGN IMPORTER WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO SEND THE USUAL DOCUMENTS TO THE U.S. EXPORTER (SUCH AS, IMPORT CERTIFICATES, CONSIGNE PURCHASER STATEMENT, YUGOSLAV, YUGOSLAV END-USE CERTIFICATE, ETC.).
