Abstract: THE FOREIGN IMPORTER MAY SUBMIT FORM ITA-686P FOR APPROVAL AND OPERATE UNDER THE AIRCRAFT AND VESSEL REPAIR STATION PROCEDURE. IF APPROVED, THE FOREIGN IMPORTER WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO SEND THE USUAL_DOCUMENTS THE U.S. EXPORTER (SUCH AS, IMPORT CERTIFICATES, CONSIGN_PURCHASER STATEMENT, YUGOSLAV, YUGOSLAV END-USE CERTIFICATE, ETC.).
