INSTRUCTIONS WERE NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME THE PURCHASE ORDER WAS
ISSUED (I.E. MOBILE UNITS, RELEASE UNIT SHIPMENTS, ETC.)

the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
