Abstract: GSA FORM 1611 CONTAINS INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY VENDORS WHICH WILL ENABLE GAS/OPP TRAFFIC MANAGERS TO BEST UTILIZE THE CUBIC CAPACITY OF OF VANS AND TRAILERS IN DIRECT DELIVERY EXPORT SHIPMENTS.
