Abstract: UNDER TERMS OF THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT, THE PHA IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THE REPORT TWICE A MONTH DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PERIOD OF THE PUBLIC HOUSING PROJECT. THESE REPORTS ENABLE HUD TO IDENTIFY PROBLEM AREAS AND/OR INADEQUACIES SO CORRECTIVE ACTION CAN BE TAKEN.
