Abstract: MONITORING OF LAND DISPOSAL FACILITIES FOR GROUND-WATER CONTAMINATION WILL IDENTIFY THE EXISTENCE AND EXTENT OF CONTAMINATION AT AN EARLY STATE SO THAT RESTORATION OF GROUND-WATER QUALITY AT A LOWER COST IS POSSIBLE. FACILITY OWNERS OR OPERATORS WILL SUBMIT DATA ANNUALLY OR PERIODICALLY WHEN CONTAMINATION HAS BEEN DETECTED.
