This clearance
request has been approved for six months. OSM has agreed to redo
this clearance and incorporate the results of the burden hour study
now underway. In addition, OSM should also give further
descriptions and justifications in sections with large burdens, and
address the question of why the number of respondants has fallen so
dramatically.
