Abstract: P.L. 83-566 AUTHORIZES THE SECRETARY OF AGRICULTURE TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS IN PLANNING AND CARRYING OUT WATERSHED PROJECTS.
