E.O. 12532 PROVIDES THAT THE USG WILL
NOT PROVIDE CERTAIN EXPORT SUPPORT TO U.S. FIRMS OPERATING IN SOUTH
AFRICA UNLESS THEY IMPLEMENT FAIR LABOR STANDARDS SPECIFIED IN THE
E.O. AND REGISTER WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE. THE NEW
REGISTRATION FORM IS DESIGNED TO IMPLEMENT THIS
REQUIREMENT.
