INSPECTION CERTIFICATES AND OTHER FORMS ARE USED BY THE COMMITTEE
FOR THE ABOVE PURPOSES. USDA NEEDS INFORMATION FROM GROWERS AND
HANDLERS TO DETERMINE REFERENDUM RESULTS AND TO APPOINT COMMITTEE
MEMBERS.
