GRAPE HANDLERS TO DETERMINE HANDLER COMPLIANCE TO LEVY ASSESSMENTS,
AND TO DEVELOP THE MARKETING POLICY AND ANNUAL REPORT. HANDLER
INSPECTION CERTIFICATES AND OTHER FORMS ARE USED BY THE COMMITTEE
FOR THE ABOVE PURPOSES. USDA NEEDS INFORMATION FROM GROWERS AND
HANDLERS TO DETERMINE REFERENDUM RESULTS AND TO APPOINT COMMITTEE
MEMBERS.
